The beans are processed using the wet method with a 24-36 hour fermentation, which ensures exceptional purity and clarity of aromas. After fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds or terraces, which further contributes to a rich and balanced flavor.
Huila coffee is renowned for its high quality and unique cup, the result of meticulous farming practices, a special climate and rich soil. Each cup offers a full body and harmonious notes of cocoa, dates, ripe plums and raisins.
