How to prepare Turkish coffee!

• 1 cup (100 ml) cold water
• 1–2 teaspoons finely ground coffee
• Optional: sugar

Preparation:
Add cold water and coffee to a cezve (small copper pot). If you want sweet coffee, add sugar now. Stir and slowly heat over low heat. When foam begins to form and the coffee boils, remove it from the heat. Repeat the process once more for a richer foam. Wait a minute for the coffee grounds to settle, then enjoy.
